Admission Requirements
To apply for the 4-Year BS programmes:
1. Academic Qualifications
Intermediate / HSC / FA / FSc / FA-FSc / General Science / Commerce / Arts & equivalent.
The specific subject combination depends on the BS major you want. For example, for sciences you may need FSc Pre-Engineering or Pre-Medical, or other relevant science subjects.
2. Minimum Marks / Percentage
There is a minimum percentage required in the Intermediate / HSC / equivalent exam. The exact percentage depends on the discipline.
Candidates from supplementary exams for 2024 are not eligible; but those who passed in supplementary in previous years may be eligible.
3. Pre-Entry Test
For most Bachelor’s degree programmes (4-Year, 8 semesters), a Pre-Entry Test is mandatory.
For BS (3rd Year / 5th Semester) and Weekend degree programmes, no pre-entry test is required.
4. Application Process
Fill in online admission form via their admission portal.
Pay the application processing fee & submit required documents (academic transcripts, HSC / Intermediate mark sheet, SSC / Matric mark sheet, CNIC / Form B, domicile, photographs etc.)
5. Domicile / Residence Requirements
Usually, a domicile certificate or proof of residency for Sindh (or relevant province) is required. This is typical for public universities in Sindh. (The policy documents imply requirement of domicile for selecting under local quotas etc.)
