PEEF / NEST offers different scholarship programs, including: 1. Undergraduate level scholarships (e.g. for 4- or 5-year degree programs) 2. Arts & Culture Scholarship (for students in arts, design, etc.) 3. Nursing Scholarships in partner institutions.
Nationality Must be Pakistani (or AJK) national. Admission Must have secured admission in a recognised / approved institution in the relevant discipline; full-time/regular programs (underground / 4- or 5-year degree or Diploma where applicable). Need / financial background Family income / financial need is assessed; priority to those from lower income / less served areas (or least developed districts) in many cases. Not receiving another major scholarship You must not be availing another scholarship of similar kind in the same academic year. Program level / duration Undergraduate (regular), sometimes Diploma programs. For certain scholarships (Arts & Culture, Nursing) the program type is specified. Domicile / partner institute requirement In many cases, you need to be enrolled in a partner institute of PEEF / NEST. Also, proof of domicile etc is often required.
1. Check if USindh Mirpur Khas campus is a partner institute under PEEF / NEST for the scholarship you want (Arts & Culture, Nursing, etc.). 2. Get the application form either from PEEF (nest.org.pk or peef.pk) or from the Financial Aid Office / Student Financial Aid Office (SFAO) of your campus. 3. Gather required documents, which often include: Proof of admission (your program, university) Copy of CNIC / B-Form etc. Domicile certificate. Academic transcripts / past results. Proof of family income (salary slips, income certificate etc.) Statement / declaration that you are not receiving any other scholarship currently. 4. Submit the application via the university (often to SFAO), not directly to PEEF in most cases. PEEF usually works through institutions. 5. Shortlisting / Interview: After document verification, there might be shortlisting, interview or further verification (financial), possibly even field verification.
